Red Pepper Marinara Zucchini Pasta

Pasta ingredients
3 to 4 large zucchini peeled

What To Do
Using a spiralizer, spiralize your zucchini and set aside in a bowl.


Red Pepper Marinara Sauce

  • 2 cups chopped red capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes, soaked in water for 15 minutes
  • ¼ cup chopped apple
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 fresh chilli or a pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
  • 2 pieces of green spring onion
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • Himalayan salt to taste

In your vitamix, or high speed blender of choice blend together all ingredients. Pour this sauce over your noodles and enjoy!
