Ginger Miso

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs miso
  • 1 tbs chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar or honey
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Optional: 1 fresh chilli
  • Optional: ¼ cup cashews for a creamier dressing

 

Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • Juice of one large lemon
  • ½ tsp himalayan salt

 

Simple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbs coconut cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Himalayan salt, 1 tsp or to taste

 

Green Goddess

Ingredients

  • ½ lebanese cucumber chopped
  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley
  • 2 tbs tahini
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
