Meditation & Satsung
For your health, natural and spiritual wellbeing.
Meditation
Meditation is Medicine for the Mind.
These weekly meditation gatherings focus on the mental aspects of our wellbeing practice, such as cultivating self-awareness, mindfulness, deep relaxation, mental clarity and a profound sense of inner peace.
Meditation helps you to develop creativity, concentration, presence (less reactivity), intuition (inner wisdom), and clarity.
With the practices and talks shared, you will discover how meditation affects your brain and nervous system, and learn from some of the ancient yogic techniques and wisdom, combined with introspective guidance and pranayama breathing practices, to focus your mind one-pointedly at the seat of concentration.
You'll also gain insights on fostering a lifestyle that supports your meditation and self-care routine and reap continuous benefits for your overall wellbeing.
Satsung and Sacred Gatherings
Next to meditation, Satsung, or sacred gatherings is one of the most important things in the life of a spiritual wellness aspirant.
Meditating together in a group can have a highly beneficial effect on lifting the spirits of all, collectively. There is also time and space for sharing and learning together. Each week we will share a talk on a relevant meditation, wellness or spiritual topic, and we will have an open space for a group discussion.

Ananda Meditation
Ananda, meaning bliss, represents our inherent state of experiencing inner joy.
This bliss emerges when our awareness turns inward, allowing us to perceive and connect with our true nature beyond the conditioned patterns of the mind.
Our evening will commence with a brief discussion on meditation and cultivating mindfulness. We will then engage in several Pranayama (breathing) practices aimed at centring ourselves, releasing mental and physical tension, and internalizing our awareness. This will be followed by a 20-minute guided or led meditation session.
The meditation practice will focus on two essential phases: the process of "getting there" with the use of techniques, and the expansion state of true meditation, "being present." Tools will be shared to help settle your mind into a unified focal point, followed by an expansion phase where awareness expands.
There will then be a talk on a subject related to living in a meditative state, emphasising how to manifest these divine teachings, and experiences into everyday life.
Each week, our topics and guidance will vary, ensuring a diverse exploration of meditation's transformative potential.
