Ginger Miso

Ingredients
1 tbs miso
1 tbs chopped ginger
1 tsp coconut nectar or honey
¼ cup olive oil
Optional: 1 fresh chilli
Optional: ¼ cup cashews for a creamier dressing

Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
½ cup tahini
Juice of one large lemon
½ tsp himalayan salt

Simple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tbs coconut cider vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
Himalayan salt, 1 tsp or to taste

Green Goddess

Ingredients
½ lebanese cucumber chopped
¼ cup flat leaf parsley
2 tbs tahini
1 piece of garlic
1 whole lemon juiced
1/2 tsp Himalayan slat
